Midday sessions with senior professionals — developers, brokers, investors, and architects — on how they got into the industry and what their work actually looks like day to day. Smaller than a panel, so there's room to ask real questions.
A closer look at specific roles. Guests walk through what lands on their desk in the morning, the decisions they make, and the path that got them into that seat. Useful if you're trying to figure out which corner of real estate fits you.
Walkthroughs of real transactions with the people who closed them. Past sessions have covered Greystar's Waverly deal and Sabey's data center development — how the deal was sourced, underwritten, financed, and executed.
Multiple professionals on one topic, from affordable housing to women in real estate to the founders behind Seattle's development firms. Our Founders Panel drew 98 students, our largest event of the year.

How to work a room, follow up without being awkward, and build relationships that last. The basics most people are never actually taught — what to say, what to ask, and what to do afterward.
Resume reviews, interview practice, and one-on-one guidance from members and industry contacts who've been through the same recruiting cycles.
Team-based competitions where you underwrite a real asset and pitch it to industry judges. The club helps fund student attendance.
Direct access to firms actively hiring interns and analysts, including sessions with NW Recruiting Partners and visits to brokerage and investment offices.

Hard-hat walkthroughs of projects under construction, led by the teams building them. Past tours include Rainier Square Tower, Prologis Portside, Timberwalk Apartments, and the RailSpur District.
Visits to working brokerage and investment floors — CBRE, Colliers, HAL Real Estate, and Bank of America — to see what the job looks like on an ordinary Tuesday.
Walking tours of districts under active development, looking at how multiple projects, zoning decisions, and transit investment shape an entire submarket. Past tours covered the Marymoor District and Northlake Commons.
Tours of property types most students never get inside — data centers, industrial parks, and transit infrastructure. Past visits include Sabey's data center campus and Sound Transit.

Casual gatherings with members, alumni, and industry guests. No agenda, no presentation — just time to meet people in the club and the wider Seattle real estate community.
Joint programming with organizations across campus and at other schools — AGC, AIAS, UW Investment Group, UW Women in Business, and Real Estate club at Seattle Pacific University.
Bowling nights, Denny Field hangouts, the fall kickoff picnic, and Learn to Golf with Tarragon. Our bowling social drew 52 people.
Service events with partner organizations in the built environment community, including work with the Community Engagement Committee and the Runstad Department.
