The UW Real Estate Club bridges the gap between the classroom and the industry. We bring students inside the buildings, firms, and deals shaping the Puget Sound region — through speaker panels, site tours, office visits, and networking with the professionals doing the work.

We welcome students from every major. Real estate sits at the intersection of finance, construction, design, law, and policy, and our members come from all of them.
