Lunch and Learn w/ Jeff Gow

On September 22nd we had Jeff Gow come hold a virtual lunch and learn with the club.

Jeff is the CEO of Shelter Holdings, a private investment company in Bellevue, and is the chairman and founder of Northwest Bank. For 26 years Jeff was the CEO of Polygon Northwest Company, which was the largest private home builder in the Northwest before its acquisition by William Lyon Homes in 2014. Jeff also owns and manages an income property portfolio of apartment and office projects located in the Pacific Northwest.

Jeff brought his wealth of knowledge to 25 real estate club members. His talk centered around carving out your niche within the industry, as well as understanding your role at large. Wandering through market dynamics, specific projects, comparisons to other home builders, and professional advice, Jeff left a lasting impact on the group. His accomodating nature led to a robust q&a portion that many of the younger members found incredibly helpful.
