Lunch & Learn with Lake Union Partners

The Graduate Real Estate Club hosted its third Lunch & Learn of the 2018-19 year with Joe Ferguson of Lake Union Partners. Mr. Ferguson prepared a terrific presentation of the many great projects that Lake Union Partners (LUP) has conducted over the past decade. He told his story of moving from brokerage into development and how this was affected by his move from Colorado to Seattle. His career insights and market knowledge were fantastic to tap into. He also shared the story of how Lake Union Partners has grown over time and the way that their projects have grown with them. We are eager to see how they will continue to challenge themselves in the future.
