Lunch & Learn with barrientos RYAN

The Graduate Real Estate Club hosted a Lunch & Learn with Maria Barrientos, a founding principal of barrientos RYAN. Ms. Barrientos has had a fascinating career in real estate, and she was able to share with us her experiences in the field and how she ended up starting her own company. She has developed a significant amount of Class A multifamily and student housing in several of Seattle’s best neighborhoods (University District, Uptown, and more). She shared incredible insight into the state of the Seattle market currently and where she sees it going. She took a number of great questions from our students in the audience about how her firm is planning to weather a looming market correction.
