Vida Apartments - UW Real Estate Club Heads to Roosevelt

Located directly across the street from the future light rail station in Roosevelt, Vida Apartments is perfectly positioned to create an easy work commute when the station opens in 2021. Don’t want to leave the building for work? Great! The building includes a loft style work space where you can work from home or hold a meeting in the amenity filled conference room.

Nick from HB Management and Tony from Exxel Pacific gave the UW Real Estate Club a tour of the building last Friday. We had the opportunity to hear the story behind the property acquisition, the process behind the well-thought design and visit all the amenity spaces (including the roof top deck!). We’re excited to see the continued development of this Roosevelt location!
