Turning Land Into Homes

On February 24th, 2016, Mike Appleby, Vice President Sales & Marketing at Chicago Title Company of Washington, Laurie Ausmus, Loan Officer at People's Bank of Washington, and Lisa Hjorten of Marketplace Sotheby's International Realty put together an evening event titled "Turning Land Into Homes." Lisa and Laurie guided discussions revolving around personal credit, purchasing personal and rental homes, while Mike Appleby presented a slew of data regarding the state of our local economy. We were once again reminded of the health of our economy, and the abundant opportunities still available to real estate professionals and investors active in our market.
