Schnitzer West Lunch n' Learn

On Friday March 4th we were delighted to have Wren Arnett of Schnitzer West come in and speak with the club.  As a senior financial analysis at Schnitzer, Wren is responsible for the feasibility analysis, acquisition and disposition of many of their projects.  We got an in depth look into their current portfolio and real life examples of how these deals were made.  Some of these projects included Centre 425, Urban Union and Madison Centre.  As a previous MSRE from the University of San Diego, Wren gave us some helpful and practical tips to get the most out of our degree.  If interested in connecting with Wren, please contact Sam Gordon at samuelb.gordon44@gmail.com.
