Prologis Georgetown Crossroads: First Multistory Warehouse in the Nation

The UW Real Estate Club spent the afternoon with Rick Kolpa, SVP, Marketing Officer for Prologis and a new member of the Runstad Department of Real Estate Advisory Board. Rick shared the learning moments that transpired during their development of this one of kind industrial facility. As urban industrial space is in high demand by e-commerce companies, this location served as a prime opportunity. It was quickly leased up by Home Depot and Amazon.
