UW Real Estate Club’s latest tour was with Kelten Johnson of Johnson & Carr. Kelten toured us around their latest project, Phinney Flats. Phinney Flats is an efficiency dwelling unit project located in the Phinney Ridge Neighborhood. The project opened last month and is already 30% leased. We appreciated the time to tour the property and ask questions about this exciting project.
