Lunch & Learn with Costco

The UW Real Estate Club was honored to host a Lunch & Learn with Costco's VP of Real Estate, Dave Messner. Mr. Messner prepared a fantastic presentation that outlined his career trajectory, walked the group through Costco's approach to real estate, and looked to the future of Costco's international expansion and the role his real estate team plays in it.

Mr. Messner gave great insight by sharing what he believes to be the fundamental keys to real estate. Having worked in a range of different corporate real estate roles, he was able to share an incredible breadth of experiences.
