Luma Condos Tour
The UW Real Estate Club recently had the pleasure of visiting one of only a couple newly-built high-rise condominiums in Seattle. Sited on historic First Hill, the 24-story LEED Silver residential tower contains 168 units, and boasts impressive 360-degree panoramic views extending from the Cascades to the Olympic mountain ranges.
Suzi Morris, senior vice president for developer Lowe Enterprises hosted the Real Estate Club tour with Red Propeller's Jim Goldberg, who was integral to shaping the identity, marketing, and promotion of the project. They explained how photography informed the developments high-contrast theme, as it is reflected everywhere from the choice of sleek external cladding materials to the specially-commissioned backlit prints that adorn each elevator lobby.
