Tarragon Happy Hour Event

On Thursday January 14, local developer and club sponsor Tarragon graciously hosted the UW Real Estate Club for a happy hour and information session about the company and their portfolio of work.  About twenty Club members, including students in the MSRE program, the MBA program and the MUP program joined a 10 member Tarragon team composed of Dennis Rattie, the President of Tarragon Development, Mike Corliss, the CEO of Investco, Tarragon’s financing arm, Kristin Link, MSRE Alum (class of 2011) and Tarragon Senior Development Managers. 

After a tour of Tarragon’s office, the group settled in for a presentation by Dennis and Kristin on Tarragon’s operations.  They reviewed their overall strategy and highlighted several projects in their diverse portfolio, spanning across warehouses, in-city multi family, suburban townhouses, and large mixed use office and retail.
