Husky Stadium Tour Recap

This Friday, 12/5/2014, Real Estate Club members were able to tour Husky Stadium with Chip Lydum, Associate Director of Athletics, Capital Projects and Operations. Below is a picture of Chip with some of the tour attendees. Chip shared his experience on raising capital, working with a development partner (Wright Runstad & Company), running a high profile project, and managing event programming. Members were shown the press box, club seats (Anyone want to sponsor a box for the club next season?), medical facilities, electronic operations (there are over 700 TV's in the stadium), etc. While touring, Chip shared several of the revenue generating areas that were added through the renovation.
