Our Mission
The uw Real Estate Club develops the next generation of commercial rea. estate leaders through hands-on learning and connections with industry professionals and fellow students.
We exist to close the distance between coursework and the work itself. Rather than lecture about buildings, we go inside them: data centers under construction, towers mid-lease-up brokerage floors on an ordinary Tuesday. Sixty-three percent of our events happen off campus

The UW Real Estate Club bridges the gap between the classroom and the industry. Through speaker panels, property tours, office visits, technical workshops, and networking events. Students learn how projects and deals take shape, explore different career paths, and meet the people doing the work across the Puget Sound region.
We welcome students from every major and at every stage of their interest in real estate. The industry brings together finance, construction, design, law, and policy, and our club reflects that range of perspectives. Whether you are pursuing a career in commercial real estate or just starting to explore the field, there is a place for you here.
